ACCOMMODATION
§ Approximately 3,200 pilgrims will be accommodated across various facilities at Lower Meherabad, the Pilgrim Education Site (New-New Site), and the MPR. While many more requests were received, we were able to accommodate up to 3,200 pilgrims by utilising all available buildings. The monsoon season prevents the use of tented accommodations, resulting in a limitation on overall capacity.
§ All pilgrims whose accommodation has been confirmed have been informed of their assigned accommodation sites.
§ Pilgrims staying at Lower Meherabad and the Pilgrim Education Site should collect their lodging entry badges from the respective Enquiry Office, beginning at 6:00 a.m. on 8th July 2025.
§ Accommodation at Pilgrim Education Site (New-New Site) will be provided from the morning of 8th July. Pilgrims assigned accommodation at the Pilgrim Education Site are kindly requested to proceed there directly upon arrival. Location https://maps.app.goo.
§ For pilgrims staying at the Pilgrim Education Site, meal arrangements are available on-site. Transportation will be provided to and from the Samadhi.
§ Mattresses will be provided for all pilgrims. We kindly request you to bring your own pillows and bed sheets. You may also wish to carry a blanket or a cover, as nights can get chilly.
§ Please carry suitable rain protection, such as an umbrella or raincoat, as showers are expected during this period.
§ Pilgrims with confirmed accommodation who will not be availing the allotted facilities – whether due to cancellation or other reasons – are requested to inform us at the earliest at jaibaba@mail.ambppct.org or by calling 0241-2548777/ 0241-2548736, so that the space may be offered to others.
